applications, foreign trademark acquisition, oppositions, cancellations, and other proceedings
before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; copyrights, preparation, filing and prosecution
of copyright registration applications for literary, artistic, musical works, computer software
programs and graphical user interfaces, copyright infringement actions; trade secrets, and
trade secret related litigation, unfair competition, patent and trademark license agreements,
and related contract preparation, enforcement and litigation.
